Season was unusually warm and dry. Ice retained near southern coast relatively long - until mid August, and afterwards ice fields were occasonally brought to the coast.

Breeding conditions:

Lemmings, Arctic Foxes and Snowy Owls were very rare. We saw two families of wolves, tracks of Polar Bear at the north and young bear female with cubs passed through the camp at the south.
